     We just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new kitchen.  During the final inspection we told Bernie how happy we are about the design of the kitchen and about the quality of the installation. I appreciate that Aaron spent time with me on several different days to help me plan and make the cabinet, counter top, and tile decisions.  The one stop shopping (cabinets, counter tops, and the tile) made the entire process less stressful. Everyone who has seen the kitchen comments about the great design of the small cabinet by the doorway to the living room and how well the tile compliments the rest of the kitchen. 

     My father was an excellent carpenter so we have seen first hand what quality finish work is.  We are extremely pleased with the quality of your installation work.  The installation process was so quick.

     Knapke Cabinets was very easy to work with and did not pressure us to make any decision until we were ready.  We have told quite a few people of the quality work that you do and how much we like our kitchen.

We just love our newly remodeled kitchen! We would like to encourage anyone thinking about this type of project to call Knapke Cabinets, Inc. Our home is 15 years old and the kitchen needed updated. The staff at Knapke Cabinets, Inc is without compare. Their beautiful new showroom in Troy, Ohio gave us a visual to start our work. We found their designer, Aaron Mauk, to be creative, flexible, and helpful. He listened carefully and assisted us in planning every detail of the work. We found Aaron to be readily available to answer our questions and make suggestions. He also helped us with paint colors, granite stone selections and decorating resources. Our kitchen remodel was completed on February 9, 2006 and we are very well pleased with the result.

During the remodel, Craig Oliver and Brian Petitjean from Versailles and Chris Chismire from the Centerville Office did the work in remodeling the kitchen.  The quality of the work done by these men is outstanding and we receive nothing but complements from those who have seen the new kitchen.

The remodel process started in late October 2005, when we met with Linda Gray (Centerville Office) and decided on the cabinets and layout.  We very much appreciated the computer renderings of our future new kitchen.  This enabled us to visualize what it would look like before the remodel was started.  Now that the remodel is complete, we are extremely pleased with the result.  We wish the rest of our house looked as nice as our kitchen.

We enjoyed having Craig, Brian and Chris come into our house and do work during this remodel.  Not only were these men skillful but they were pleasant to work with.  Your are very fortunate to have men like this working for your company.

I would also like to take just a minute to thank you all for my beautiful kitchen. I am so proud of my new kitchen; I can’t believe it is actually mine.

We first heard about your kitchen store on TV. My daughter and I drove to Dayton one Saturday and when we walked into the store we were greeted by a very nice young man by the name of Ty and right there in the very front of the store was my new kitchen.

My husband said I could get a new kitchen provided he sold an antique car that he had on the market, when that car sold he gave me the money and I became really serious about this kitchen. My daughter and I returned to your store and asked to see TY, but we were told by an associate that Ty was out at that time. She said she would be glad to help us, and we made an appointment for her to come to our house for measuring.

When she came out and measured, she took pictures and made some sketches noting the different things that I wanted to do. She was great. She contacted us later to say the computerized sketches were ready for viewing. We made an appointment, went over everything, made some changes and picked out some things that we wanted. I went over the drawings and wanted to make a few changes, added a bread drawer and silverware drawer.

The day finally arrived for the installation to begin, and Jim arrived to install the cabinets. Jim is so personable and really, really good at his job. I called a few other times and talked with Ty and Clive, and then finally I talked with LeAnne about my bread drawer. Everyone that I dealt with has been absolutely wonderful.

I know this is a lengthy letter, but I just wanted to let you all know how happy I am with my kitchen and to tell you that if anyone I know talks about a new kitchen, I will recommend you to the highest degree. With all the changes that were taking place in your organization, and the changes that I made to my kitchen, you were all just great.

Dear Bernie,

I wanted to let you know how very impressed I was and still am with your office in Centerville . I stopped in there because I happened to live nearby, not really expecting your company to be able to do any work in our price range. The show room is very impressive.

I spoke with Adam, who from the first visit, listened very well to everything I said I was looking for in updating our kitchen. The measuring and suggestions by Clive and the design that Adam put together for us were all done in a professional and friendly manner. Not only did we get the kitchen done, but were able to update both bathrooms and stay within our budget.

Kent and Gary showed up everyday on time and worked hard. Except for Darryl, who came in twice to help, and the electricians and plumbers, those two completely tore out our kitchen and had it and the baths put back together in just over 3 weeks. We were amazed. The rooms all look absolutely fantastic. Both men are very skilled at their craft and were a pleasure to have in my house.

I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asks and we will call you again for any future jobs.

I have never formally met you, but I wanted to take a minute and tell you about Aaron Mauk.

As you may have guessed, Knapke Cabinets recently completed all of the cabinetry work in our new home. Aaron was our designer, and I have to say that I could not have been more pleased. Aaron's creativity and designs gave me a gorgeous home. He was easy to work with, made the process painless and all the while provided a level of customer service that was second to none. I am the first to admit that I was probably not the easiest customer to satisfy when it came to "wanting something different at a lower price". Aaron not only provided different at an affordable price, but did it beautifully. My kitchen is the envy of all my family and friends (exactly the position a girl wants to be in!). He continually worked with my husband and I on more affordable solutions, and I know he went above and beyond to help provide the home we were looking for.

I wanted to write to you regarding my bathroom remodel. In April this year my wife and I hired a company out of Cincinnati to remodel our bathroom. And as you know this company did do some work but left us with a gutted bathroom and our money. My wife and I were shocked and stunned that something like this could happen to us. We were left feeling hopeless and not wanting to trust any contractor again. That was until we met Clive and you at your store in Centerville. Clive was an absolute professional. Clive made Lisa and I feel extremely comfortable. After being taken by another company, I was very uneasy about hiring anyone to finish my bathroom. You and Clive changed all that. With hiring your company, you and Clive said to us in the start, that your company was going to “Make it right”. You sure did! All your subs were a real pleasure to have in our house. Clive Morgan’s creative and practical design efforts have resulted in a kitchen which is better than we could have hoped for. His attention to detail and creative (and practical) suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Your excellent tearout/install team, led by Jim Coons turned what we feared might be a nightmare into a reasonably happy experience. After hearing the terrible experience which some of our friends encountered with similar projects, we were dreading the prospect of having our living disrupted for an interminable period. Our actual experience was just the opposite. The job was done quickly, neatly and with the least possible disturbance to our lives.

We would particularly like the commend the work of Brian Petitjean. Brian’s skill, professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

We are just as happy with the product as the work. The combination of Decora and Diamond cabinetry and the beautiful finishes and detailing have drawn raves from our family and friends.
